How We Train
Every training session that we offer is web-based. After logging in, you will see a live image of the trainer's desktop. With speakers and a microphone, you'll hear your trainer and they can hear you (don't worry-- only when you want them to). The trainer will walk you through the functions and explain the concepts pertaining to the topic. If you have purchased a design package from us, the training will be done on a clone of your site (you'll see exactly the same thing when you're ready to do it yourself!).
After The Training
We don't expect you to remember the entire training session, so an outline of the training will be provided to you after its completion. It will be available at any time via our website and your login.

Administrator TrainingBasic Course This training covers the basics of administering a site that uses the Joomla! Content Management System (CMS). JaypeWeb uses Joomla! for its Interactive Packages and this training is included for free with every Interactive Package. Contributer TrainingThis short training will show you everything you need to know about contributing (writing/uploading content) to a Joomla!-based site. Content is what drives visitors to your site, so grab some people from the office and attend this online training. When you're through, you'll know how to add/edit/remove articles, downloads, videos, and store items! Intended Audience: Joomla!-based website contributors Standalone Price: $29.95
Site Editor / Maintenance TrainingThis training covers topics relating to editing an existing website using an Offline Editor. By the time you are done with this 1-part, 45 minute training session you will know how to maintain your existing website using KompoZer and an FTP Connection.
